Liz Thwing passed after an operation over the past weekend. She was an active member of the Delta Rotary Club. Her husband Randy was a Past President of the Rotary Club of Eugene. This club. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Randy, the family and members of the Delta Rotary Club.
